Use the following form to arrange a tryout with the Texas Wildcats. If you'd rather use a paper form, print the PDF form and fax it toll free to 866-229-0121. You must have Acrobat Reader installed to use the paper form. You can download it for free on the Documents page. Note: Players must be 12 years old on April 30, 2009 to qualify. Players older than 12 on April 30, should place their names on the various available player lists in the area.
